ORDER / SHIPPING DETAILS

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.
Please note that neither FedEx nor UPS guarantees transit over the weekend.
USPS does not actually guarantee delivery within two days for USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.
UPS Ground is our default shipping service, but you may also choose from one of several expedited options including:
- 3-Day Shipping, 2-Day Shipping, Next Day Shipping.
- Orders placed with expedited shipping must be placed by 12pm MST for same-day shipment. Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sunday.
Expedited shipping options are not available for all locations, and expedited options for AK & HI are limited to 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.
A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information.
Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.
Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number

Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Our cancelation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.
Please contact us here to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancelation attempts.

If an item is unavailable, it cannot be backordered.
If you are inadvertently able to order an out-of-stock item, you will be contacted, and a refund notification will be emailed that reflects the amount of your backordered item.
